Layered Resiliency

The jury noted:

The design thoughtfully responds to both everyday pedestrian flows and the movement of water during extreme conditions. In doing so, the project clearly reflects its name, Layered Resiliency, demonstrating how public space and climate adaptation can be integrated into a cohesive and meaningful landscape.
